Frequently Asked Questions
We do have a service fee for any appointment you schedule for your appliance, but that fee is applied to the labor costs of any repair estimate given. Additionally, the amount of the service fee varies by appliance type.
We may need to process an initial deposit prior to ordering any replacement components required to repair your appliance(s), but this will depend on the cost of the parts involved, as well as whether you are a new or returning customer.
We only purchase new components for all repairs we perform, due to the fact that we cannot properly verify the condition and functionality of secondhand parts prior to ordering them.
We always prefer to use original equipment manufacturer (OEM) components to repair the appliances we service, but some parts may only be commercially available from third-party vendors. As such, if aftermarket components are the only option available for repairing your device(s), we will inform you of this prior to proceeding with any required repair procedures.
We offer both same-day and emergency services for a wide variety of appliance types, but on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Although our technicians carry a wide variety of more common appliance components, some parts may still need to be ordered separately. However, if the repair is able to be completed immediately, we will inform you as such.
We have a 30-day warranty on the labor we perform for your appliance repairs, and any parts we install have a 90-day warranty through their respective manufacturers.
We accept payments via cash, check, credit card, debit card, Zelle, Venmo, and ACH. There is also a 3.6% processing fee applied to any payments processed via credit or debit card.
